In collaboration with Marakez, this coastal  hospitality project is 
located  within  the  Ramla development in  Ras El Hekma. The scope 
focused on developing precise schematic frameworks  and  meticulous 
technical drawings, ensuring seamless coordination for the resort's 
organic layout, thatched-roof structures, and  complex  hospitality 
spaces to deliver fully buildable execution documentation.
